who can tell? i mean, we're not supposed to judge others that way, right? if you're boss is happy, then, why should this bother you?

Unless you saw them together, how would anyone know? He could be a completely different person out of the office to how he is when working. If they are both single, then they aren't harming anyone so don't worry about it.
