My cat won't follow when got the dogs but will when go out without them. Have also driven down the road with the cat on the roof of the car b4 not realising he was there, strangely he never slept there again!

My cats always follow me when I am walking out in my yard. This is funny to watch, as I have alot of cats.

i think your cats are brave! u have got really good dogs as well!

i only have my cat, and he never wanders far into the woods behind our house unless i tell him to take a walk with me..he loves it when i go outside with him, you can just see how excited he gets..he rolls, pounces, runs around me...lol...and when i go for a walk in the woods he's right there with me, checking things out, sitting on our favorite rock with me...he acts just like a dog when we go for walks!

I can just visualise it nugget! The cat I have now always walks us to the end of the road but no further! One of the cats I had when my eldest was a baby used to go with us whenever we went for a walk with the pram although 9 times out of 10 he would end up in the tray underneath the pram - woebetide anyone who tried to go near the baby if the cat didn't know them - they wouldn't ever have had a chance to hurt the baby, that is for sure! xxx

actually, my cat does not like outdoor. She is more independent than dogs.

That's funny! My daugter complains because every morning about 8 cats follow her to the bus stop! She embarrassed because all her friends call her cat lady. She started feeding a stray cat and now it seems our front yard is home to a bunch of cats.
