Do you like playing any musical instrument?

i am like those people who like singing but are either too shy or not good enogh to come on stage. so the bathroom becomes their stage and the shower their audience!
well, i love playing the guitar - i can sure strum some chords and play some easy leads. but i am not good enough to perform on stage or in front of an audience apart form my close friends!
this doesnt deter me from enjoying myself with my guitar! even though my fingers fumble and get tangled among themsleves, i find myslef struggling to sing along with the tune! it is a wonderful feeling - my guitar and myself!
similarly, i know of several friends who would churn out a wonderful beat to the song on tv or to accompany one of us singing, although on a table or a box! and both they and we enjoy it very much!
how many of you love playing any musical instrument?

I have had a guitar for almost 10 years now , an acoustic one .
I learned the chords ,I can play some melodies , but thats all .
Guitar needs practice , and because I feel like I would practise more if I had the encouragement of a class or a group of friends , I only take it out once a month or every 2 months . Inspite of that I can play reasonably and I can learn tunes quickly .
I have at least 22000 tabbed songs , can you believe it ? I only used less than 20 of them .
I hope to take some advanced lessons in Spain in Acoustic Flamenco guitar because it is obviously very close to Arabic music .

Ya i like playing drums and Piano but i m feared to come on stage as i have not played any of those on the stage so i m practicing so once i think that im good in that then i ll definitely come on stage to come and play and enjoy myself.

well same here...but i try to practice...and pratice alot..
and as long as im happy i keep doing it even though i suck..
btw, i play the drums, guitars, bass, piano.. and as ive said, i suck!

Iam playing guitar for 5 years now.I played this instrument accidently.I was planing to play keyboard bu my dad bought a guitar.I love playing guitar all the times.Every time i strum a chord it produce a feel inside me.It is an unexpresssable feeling.Music is my life.Guitar is the most precious thing a person can have.

I play guitar, and have been for about 2 and half years now.
I play an Ibanez S470DX, which I bought roughly 2 years ago, 2nd hand but as new condition.
When I first took it up, it was only to put an old acoustic in the cupboard to good use, and to play with my friends who started getting lessons at school. I taught myself for about 6 months before I started lessons, and had learnt quite alot.
Nowadays I play in a band with friends and its just great fun getting up on stage at a gig and rippin out a solo:D

I play the guitar since 8 years. I have two guitars: an acoustic one, Yamaha, and an elecric one, an Epiphone Les Paul. I did some concerts, I did one some weeks ago. Don't be shy, play the guitar on stage! Is very beautiful!!!
