i think that it can't be ! school: no because you can't write exam, respond to teacher question and many other connected whit relations whit other things. It cant also be a library cause it's very unhealthy and expensive to read book that have 600 pages in Internet! You will use to much power and it's also not worth to print all 600 pages !
