Melatonin- Its illegally over the counter!

Most of the time, I'm sleepless. I diagnosed myself as insomniac, narcoleptic and nostalgic. All contribute to improper health condition. One time I red to a medical book that melatonin may help but need doctor's prescription. What if the doctor prohibit it to me? Of course I was directed to pharmacy where I purchased it without any warning. Well, for them business as usual. Is it effective? Yes it is! But one day, I had a confrontation with my friend and I got angry to him. His important to me. The night before I sleep and took melatonin, I can't help myself but to think of my precious friend. When will we be okay again? I spent so much time of my problem with him that night. I realizez that it was early morning then, 5:00 AM. I controlled my sleepiness and found my red eyes ithchy. I came to realize that it is our brain that control human and any psychological disturbance is a great hindrance to well sleep and rest.
