Car or house??

Nowaday, car, house, money, time is many ppl dreams. Many ppl work hard to own all this thing. Im the one of them too, but I m wondering that many ppl that have earned many money love to buy many car than house. I got a friend that have owned 4 cars (Mercedez, BMW, Honda Accord, Estima) in his house and his house if cheaper than 1 of 4 of the cars he owned. Isn,t it is more better if buy more house than a car??
Is it u can live in ur car?? And can u earn money with ur car??
I personal feel house is better than car cause house wont drop their price but car didnt.
Beside that house can be rent to other so can earned some money in the future.
I really dunno what the rich thinkg -.-
How about u all??

For me personally if i got enough money for both at the same time, then of course i choose house. but then again, THAT, only if the place which i decided to buy the house is the place which i can feel convinient living in, such as close to workplace, and the place is which i don't plan to move out from for a very long period of time.
so for now, as i don't have such an ideal place in mind yet, so i'd choose car?

wooo. what a clever thinking is this. Yeah for me if i got enough money i also will choose the way like u did. In the conclusion here many also love to buy house first. So, i really feel my friend and other dont know thinking what -.-

Oh yeah, car will increase pollution too.... I also forget to mention it. But i also dont know why the rich i know love car more -.-

i would choose house than car. car is not really important for me. i can ride public transportation.

Yeah, I feel the same as u, we can ride in public transportation if dont have car, but we cannot always rent others house cause we dont have house -.-

Of course all of us wants to have this material thing in this world, money cars, house etc... if they can buy all of this why they have to choose,if they want to buy more cars its their choice, if they want to buy a house its their choice.u can earn money in a car and a house {to rent} if you used it in business, its an investment also. but youre asking which is better, of course a house is more valuable than a car.

Yeah u r right. But in my country here car is not valuable when selling it out back. So im wondering why they like to own a car even they can own both of it.
