who ever have the habit of nail biting

yes i have habit of biting nails this is one of my favourite habits because it reduces my tension at any time my friends tell me to stop this hait but i say them i dont use naicutter

Oh gosh, I was a terrible nail biter... from the time I was little right up until 10th grade. I actually stopped when a dr saw my nails and said that it was disgraceful that a girl my age still bit her nails. I was so humiliated that I never did it again. But I believe I was one who did it because I was very nervous and shy growing up. I was so glad when I was able to stop.

yes i have had this habit.But this is not good.I had luck becouse my mother every time when i did that she argue me,and now thanck's to here i'm not doind thatanymore.Have a nice day.
