What do you think man.is it dangerous or you can take it lightly?i dont think so.

It can never be taken lightly. Altough there are some prostate cancers that are not THAT agressive, they are still dangerous and should at least be put under severe vigillance. Most of them should be treated with curative intention, like with surgery or radiation.
