I am starting every day to set one goal for the day.
Today my goal is going to be to clean up the spare room.
This is the room where all the day to day excess gets put in. Most is just that... excess clutter that I don't want but I don't want to throw away. This kind of stuff just seems to come my way. Today day is the day where I am going to either throw it away or put it away.

i like everyone set goals whether i can meet them or not. i try hard to achieve the set goals but try not to feel depressed in case i am not able to achieve a goal. i set goals for myself and my performance but avoid comparing myself with others.

I set goals, usually weekly, though. I have tried to set them daily, but other things get in the way and I don't always have time to do them and that just frustrates me. I find if I make weekly goals and write them down, I can work them into a week. I know I'll never get caught up at that rate, but that's the best I can do!
