if you go to a fast food outlet and there is something wrong with what you buy

or the place is dirty what do you do,complain verbally,write to the company or just say nothing and get on with it.cos if something is wrong with my meal i complain and sometimes even go home and write to the head office of the fast food outlet,x

i wont make any misery such that any of the guy losse their job but would silently ask someone do correct it such that it never repeats in future...

Definately complain straight away. If the place is dirty I would go straight to the head of the queue and tell them at the counter. Only go to fast food places as treat for the kids, certainly not sticking around if its dirty! But then I can be quite an old lady sometimes LOL. xxx

If I go to a fast food place and it is dirty, I leave. If they get my order wrong and I find out after I get home, I call back and let them know. Usually, they tell me to come back right away or the next day and they will make it good. Most businesses do not want a bad reputation so they try to please. Sometimes it is hard to find good help so management has to work with their people, but they do their best to keep their customers happy.

If I go into a fast food restaurant and it is dirty I refuse to eat there and go somewhere else. If something I eat while I am there is not very nice then I will ask to speak to the restaurant manager, If I take the food home and there is something wrong with it I usually phone the take away where I bought it from or I will look up the restaurant details on the internet and complain straight to head office.
