why should a guy proposed first?????

there is no rule which says that a guy must propose first. if the girl feels she is sure of her feelings and the guy does not know about it she could go ahead and propose the guy. this would give an indication whether the guy is interested in the girl or not. so what difference does it make, for who proposes first as far as both are interested in each other and this can be does without a formal proposal also.

It is traditional for men to ask a women to marry them. It shows a woman respect and dignity. Also, in relationships men are the most undecided creatures. Woman usually know how they feel about a relationship and whether or not it will make it. Wheras men have more commitment issues. When a womnan proposes due to societies standards it makes her look desperate and controlling, because most men need more time to realize they are ready for the lifetime commitement.

Who says so? I proposed to my husband. Queens Victoria and Elizabeth II did the same, too. There's nothing embedded in stone anywhere exclaiming that men should be the only ones to propose. My husband thought it super romantic. Of course, he bought the engagement ring, but I bought the wedding bands.

It is much more romantic if a guy dominates in these kinds of issues ;-)

Well it is not must.it is just a tradtional thing.but i dont think there is anythin wrong with girl proposing a guy.But the girl should be sensible enought to do something like this.
