How is the earning calculation done?

This is the biggest thing about this site: you never no what to do exactly to earn lot of money..you find out after the pay:)

hmm... It is realy easy that my opinion. If you write a big respond to discussion you get about 0,02 cents ore menev more . You get money for uplouding images in to the discussion of yours . And you can get money for being online in mylot ofcourse you post a litle in the mean time .And you can get money from your refferals 25 % from eatch but it is realy hard to get them all of mine is smart and don't whant to give me money for refferaling and that realy sucks .What can i say more for geting money is good way if you creat discusions and a lot of people just post long post and you get money for that . O i forgot more you get point more money you earn that is strategy of the site ;) . And ranking isn't the thing of making money ;) . So what can i say more just have a good and none rainy day.
