Micca and Sylar.. Same but different?

Stop me if i am wrong but does Sylar and Micca not share the same ability of being able to fix things?!..
And with all the anger the Micca is starting to be exposed to how long will it be before he realises the true potential of his power?
In my opinion Micca is the innocent view of Sylar..

Sylar now has absorbed many of the other heroes powers...but yes now you have started to ring alarm bells...while your on msn im typing away making more coments now on 49 - soon on 50 and what ur only on 54...oh no! NO!! NO!!!!!!

its slightly different. syler can see how things work and some how figured out how to take the ability out of a persons brain. micca well, we haven't seen everything the kids can do, but he MADE something broken work just by touching it. i think what he has only works with electronics devices. but hopfully we'll see more from him. with 2 paretns with the genetic code for powers, he might be pretty damn powerful.
