When Does the New Season Start

I have been a fan of this show since it started. I have converted a lot of nonbelievers too. I heard that the new season will be starting very soon...like, the end of this month...which is a little unusual.
Is that true, does it start sooner than I thought?

Yes, it starts on the 22nd of this month, I do believe. I don't know why they put it off over the holidays, but they sure have played enough reruns to drive me mad! I am very ready for new episodes!

It turns out that this isn't a new season at all, but a continuation of the first one. Season One Episode Twelve, not Season Two Episode One.
What was that all about?

When does the REAL second season start? I never finished watching the first, I was waiting for all the episodes to get done but while waiting I lost interest. Now I'm gonna get every episode and have one long marathon session and watch the whole first season before the second season starts.

As was said above, it kicks back in on Monday, 1/22/07 at 9/8c.
For me in Los Angeles, California, that means 9 pm on channel 4 (NBC).

Well, tonight is the night! I can't wait. I think I'll refresh with the last episode of the last season before I watch the new one.
