it will need good amount of people to control such a big thing now as it is tough for 1 person to do everything

Since Myspace has grown so much, I would assume that Tom isn't the only one running it. There's probably a bunch of people helping him out.

No, he just founded MySpace but he is definitely not the only one in charge. Just the most famous!
