Whenever I cook bacon I cook it on a griddle. It comes out perfect for me. I put it on a certain temp and I know exactly how long it takes. When I cook turkey bacon I rather put it in the microwave. When I cook beef bacon I cook it in the pan because it takes longer to cook.

Whenever we have bacon I will cook it in the microwave. I put several paper towels on the plate then lay the bacon on top, cover it with another layer of paper towels and cook it on high for about 7 - 7.50 minutes. It depends on how crisp you want it and also how thick the bacon is before cooking. The grease absorbs in the paper towel.

I fry it up nice and crispy. I love crispy bacon. I've done it in the oven but it never gets as crunchy and crisp as I like it. Though baking it is better for sandwiches, I think.

I always just fry it until it browns and sizzles good. BLTs are one of the best bacon foods to make.
