I really hate when person whom I'm talking looking in different diractions! It happened to me today with my bosss!

Bosses are trained to deal with many situations and different types of subordinates. Whe he/she does what you have mentioned,it means,he/she is asking you to stop talking.

Thank u for the advice but if I stop talking each time he does this I will never speak to him, he does this each time.
