Not Able to find Job in my Field

I am a Hardware & Networking engineer beside this i am a good Audio & Video editor & Graphic designer living in Canada but still I can't find any better job for me and now working in a factory as a Forklift Operator. Now Iam feeling that why i had spend my 13 Years into this IT Field. Though working very hard but not able to get more than $ 350 to 400 in a week. what will I do?

my honeybunch is in IT field too. he wants to work there in canada but he noticed that most of the job offers there are in demand of skilled worker per se. he is now thinking of taking some short technical courses in meralco foundation or any tesda accredited school. can you advise us what should an aspiring canadian immigrant like us should bear in mind as preparation to get a job there? thanks

Its nice to have a good education background but this is fact that even you have many degrees, and have a good educational or technical background but you still have to upgrade your qualification according to canadian standard.. and after upgrading your study here you can have a good job over here.
