WHERE IS IT? How Can I rate mylot people Rating.

On the right of each people response,comment,or discussion starter you will see + -! button you can use it for rate every people you want to rate, + for good, - bad,! button used for report that response/discussion if you found someone cheating or broke mylot guidelines.
