if it is making proises to pay you for JUST SURFING, its a scam. Scams come in all sizes. Those that promist to pay but then you have to accumulate points that then have to be translated into actual cash and those that pay fractions of a cent for results or activity that has to be over 100 to make that second fraction, are scams. Your effort is so great that you actually lose money, because TIME is money.
