What do you usually do when you have a really bad headache? I tend to get them quite often now and I don't know what to do.
I'm wondering if anyone has any "interesting" solutions!

Some asprin and a little 30 minutes always seems to do the trick for me. If the head ache doesn't go away then take another 2 asprin in a few hours. If at that point it still doen't go away it might be a bigger problem and you might have to go see adoctor. I hope this helps you out.

If I'm suffering from a migraine headache(pain in the neck), I will put a wet washcloth in the freezer for a few minutes and place to cold rag on my eyes, or my neck, sometimes both.
For a sinus headache (pain behind the eyes) I will put a wet washcloth in the microwave for 30 seconds and put the hot rag on my face and breath in the steam.

well i do not know weather it is interesting or not..but for me head ache means i am hungry so best thing to do it go out and stuff your self with something hot and spicy...i have done it many times and it really worked...if it does not go down well it means it means this the time to contact a physician...

I don't really have any interesting solutions... I usually lie down, take a nap, eat some food, or have a drink such as tea... usually though i stick to lying down, or listening to some quiet relaxing music.

No interesting solutions im afraid. I tend to have a drink of water first or something sweet to make sure it isnt dehydration or a sugar low. Then I use a menthol roll on across my forehead to relax the muscles in case it is a tension headache. If that doesn't work I will take an analgesic such as paracetamol and if that doesn't work I go to bed!
If I have repeated headaches I go and get my eyesight checked and if I still get them I go to the doctor. I also check to see if I have made any diet changes or begun drinking a new brand of tea/coffee or simply drinking too much to see if that is to blame. A lot of medication cause headaches too - sometimes I think its a losing battle!

There could be many resons for headaches, better get a medical checkup done. I generally have a hot cup of tea or coffee and try and relax. If that doesn't work, then I take 500mg paracetamol (Crocin, Calpol), but never on an empty stomach. I have atleast 2 to 4 biscuits or two or more slices of bread before taking paracetamol.
