has anyone got any good tips on how to lose weight, i would be happy if i lost about 6kgs, if anyone has any tips it would be a great help thanks

I too am trying to lose weight...I think some of the tips I give you might be helpful to you..
1: Watch what you eat, sometimes it's not how much you eat, but what you are eating.
2: Getting daily excercise, atleast 30 minutes A day, but don't try to over do it, It could only hurt you.
3: When you feel like you need something to eat, but know you don't need to eat anything fattening, then eat some healthy natural sweets, Fruit.
4: Eat plenty of meat, Meat helps boost some of the chemicals in you that help you burn fat.
5: Go to A weight loss excercising program, it will help you talk to others, and support each other.

first of all, let me ask you: do you want to lose weight for a healthy reason or good looking reason? i hope you have a good reason.
i think you should do these 2 step:
1. make a plan, arrange your food, schedule it, and go sport every day
2. get discipline with your plan
