Have a secret meatloaf recipe you care to share? / myLot

I am looking for recipes for Meatloaf, ive been making my own for along time but want to try something different. Would you be willing to share your family recipe? something unique or different would be much appreciated...

I do the pretty basic meatloaf, and when I'm putting in the loaf pan, I fill it half full. Then I put different things in the middle. Sometimes asparagus, spinach, cheese, sausage, whatever you like. It's a nice surprise when you slice it and find something different in the middle.
