Recently I have had some unintentionally silly mistakes that lead me to be consider as an abuse to the community and was received a messages from mylot with regard to the issues concern. The mistakes had causing me to be penalize in some of my earnings. I replied to them and explains the whole things to them as am not purposely doing anything to against the guidelines. Thankfully my explainations and apologizes to them were accepted and my earning had been recover in a good portions as well. Thanks to mylot prompt and fair actions to me. I start this topic which I wish no other members will do anything out from the guidelines and do take any warning from mylot seriously to prevent any unwanted outcome which might risk your account been cancel. The proper communications with mylot staffs was very important whenever you have the chance to do so. From the incidents I learn that they still do their best to helping us on any issues we facing within the community. Thanks for the very good services I received from mylot staffs. Anyone of you have any similar experiences to share with others?

Thank you for sharing this discussion with all of us. There are so many people here at myLot that try to cheat the system that it makes it a difficult job for myLot to tell the difference between a mistake and an intential cheat. Earlier today I accidentially posted a duplicate discussion, luckly enough I cought it and contacted myLot to remove the duplicate for mee in which they did. Thank you for the discussion and I am so happy that you got some of your money back. Have a great day!!

Unfortunately, no matter how clearly any website tries to word "terms and conditions" there will always be people who don't or can't understand, even if they read them. I am happy to know that myLot listened to your explanations and treated you as a human being, who makes mistakes, and whose actions may not have matched their intentions. :)
I have had similar accidental misunderstandings with other websites, and was not treated as kindly. About five years ago, I left a major e-mail service (web-based) because I "spammed." Well, I had received an e-mail (a forward) saying that their service was going to shut everyone down who didn't forward it, etc. I recognized it as spam, and sent it to my mother, figuring she could more adequately alert the service. Well, she did.
Then, my account, and all of my friends accounts, and their friends accounts, listed in the forwarding information, were given warnings and demerits. When I explained that I forwarded it in order to ALERT someone that it was spam, they simply re-informed me that I cannot forward spam for any reason. Funny... because when my mother forwarded it to THEM she didn't get any warnings. (I was only 13).
Anyway, good going myLot! I'm glad that you were able to rectify your situation as well :)

You were just so right..not only websites terms and conditions that most of us always miss out or can't really understand but we can found the same things happening everyday in real life....how many of us can or will really go through and try to understand every single terms and conditions that we get from whatever sources? I feel sorry to hear on your case and am glad we were now in the very responsible community:)Thanks for your very informative respond.

I am glad things got worked out for you. I have contacted Mylot 2 times. the first time they fixed the problem, the second time they wrote me back with their answer. Mylot does listen to us. I do my best to follow the guidelines, I don't want to be kicked off. You have a high rating number, I am sure they took that in account when dealing with you.

I was giving some tips for new members .
And found that my posts were deleted .
Then I sent a message to "Mylot" requesting
for the reasons . Got a reply that it was
considered as cheap content . Then I have
stopped giving those tips . Instead now
I have been directing new members to the
Mylot guidelines .

I have never been in trouble with mylot as yet, i try my hardest to do everything by the rules so that i wont get in trouble. I am glad that mylot rectified this for you and your earnings were helped out by this.
It is always a good thing when we can at least email the staff and let them know our side of the story.
Thanks for the advice.

it is always a good thing to talk things out. we actually get better results on that process comapred to what some of our political leaders are doing. like going to war which i think it should not be in any option when dealing with world problems. greetings. : )
