converting e-gold money to paypal

e-gold appears to be an insecure and messy payment system. Unfortunately, some programs only pay in e-gold currency. What I want to know is what is the cheapest and easiest way of converting e-gold funds into paypal. Please could I get some people to agree on the best, cheapest and most honest and reliable money exchange sites. I am reluctant to use any until I am convinced that they are completely cheap and honest sites.
