personal custom domain email address

can anyone help me to get a free account on custom domain email address. I'm searching from the past. I found a good one ie. from aol but it asks for moblie numbers to verify..as i'm from india i cant get the code... i want a good email address like..
i@myname.com or .net or.edu etc.etc
