The procedure to that is very simple but i dont know the pay out thing, for that you need u wait. Ok then just follow the instructions given in that thats all you have to do...

I think India is still not at pace with what the developed world is. Talking about web, there is some more time before these concepts are implemented in local markets. However, i hear that there are many tele-marketing jobs even there what you can use. All the best in your search.
