I am content with the love of my family and friends. I am discontent with the fact that I can think of creative things to do much faster than I can do them. I would love to have more money and time to travel as well.

I'm not content because I'm still alone, money is ok but not really good enough to travel around and do things I dream of but as we grow older we kind of accept that most dreams never come true so the thing I most desire now is to have a soulmate and more of "settled down" life.

definitely not, i dont know if i will be contented. for me being contented means you have no others reason to live. life is a constant change being contented means we are not ready to accept changes. i been living in this world for so long but im still in the state of soul searching i was never contented with what i have and i see as positive..being not contented triggers me to achieve more and find what is best for me.

I crave success.
I mean I am a mother, right there that is success in itself.

Everybody should know their purpose. We don't have to be rich to be happy to be contented, we should be more thankful in what we have and what is given to us. We all deserve something, we just have to know how to appreciate it. As long as we have our loved ones' beside us, we should already consider that as a success in life. Thanks for the post!;)

Hmmm... I'd be lying if I said I'm perfectly contented. :) I can't proclaim that since I still have a lot of plans to pursue, and a lot of dreams to pray for and try to materialize.
I'm contented in some aspects, like my family, my friends, my boyfriend, my God - basically my relationship with others. I'm glad and thankful that I met them, and they've become part of my life.
I'm not contented with my financial status yet - I want to buy my own car, my own house, and put up my own business, and still be able to travel whenever I want to - with my family, of course. I want to be the best mom and wife for my family in the future. I'd like to be able to give them the best things in life! :) So I need to work on that. Hehe

I don't think we're designed to be contented. If our ancestors are contented on what they have, we wouldn't have the technology that we have now. We would still be plowing the fields and planting crops. I dunno if its just me but no matter how much money and how many love ones we have, there's still something missing. Kudos to those who really feel they are contented!

I'm not contented yet and frankly I don’t know if ever I will be contented. But that’s one of my greatest wish though: to be contented in what I have.
I don’t know if there are such things that make me feel not contented. Maybe the things that I don’t have are the ones that make me feel unsatisfied with what I currently have now. We are always on this never ending struggle in looking for “something better” that we fail to appreciate what we currently have.
Also the fact that I tend to compare my life with others is also one of the factors that affect my in contentedness. When I see others living the life that I wish for- I tend to see how terrible my current life is instead of being glad I have this kind of life and thus it makes me feel uncontented.
