Do you hate your hair?

I like the color of my hair okay, I like that it's pretty easy to cut it myself. But I don't know why, it always ends up in my face!
I can cut bangs, and the rest of my hair still wants to be in my face. I can leave it long, and inevitably, a few pieces will become shorter and get in my face.
The only haircut I can do where it isn't in my face, it cutting my hair so short it could not reach my face if it tried.
I try barrettes but I think they look stupid. Bobby pins slip through my hair, as do paper clips. Hairspray or gel won't hold this much hair back either.
Am I doomed to have hair in my face forever? When I go have it cut "professionally" (if you can call it that), it's even worse! But still. I want to have shoulder length hair but not in my face. It bugs me to no end.

Hi Pigglies! This is very same problem that I had. Now no Problem! Why don't you dry my method? Let your hair grow. Cut it at the shoulder level. Pin it up at both sides at the back of ears. Never cut the front side hair. No fringe. No monkey front. Plain shoulder cut. That's it babe. Wish you problem-free hair!

My hair is long enough now to pin it back behind the ears, but what kind of pins do you use? Everything slips out of my hair. :(
I don't usually pin it up at the top, just the sides by the ears. But still, can't seem to find a clip to do the job.
I guess when it gets to shoulder length I can put my hair back in a pony tail or something too.

I kind of hate my hair,i have those baby hairs too that come to my face but i dont hate my hair because of that.I always wanted to have a really straight hair mine is kind of wavy.I dont know where i get this hair,all my sisters have really beautiful hair.

I have kind of wavy hair, but only when it gets past a certain length. I don't mind so much.
One of my friends who is Asian and has the straightest beautiful black hair always tells me it is wavy and she hates it, and eventually she bought a $150 straightening iron for it. To me it still looks the same!

I have the same problem. It drives me crazy as well. I've got extremely thin hair. I once had a beautician tell me it was like cotton candy thin. I think those few strands in my case breaks off and so it makes them shorter. I feel for you.

I don't hate my hair, but it annoys me to no end. I also have thin hair, especially on top, but I don't wear it in bangs because I can't stand hair on my forehead *laugh* Even the tiniest bit of it touching my forehead drives me absolutely crazy, lol! What I really dislike about my hair is how it won't grow much past shoulder length, though. The top will grow forever if I don't trim it, but the sides and back only get so long and then quit. The only good thing about it is that it has saved me a lot of money on professional haircuts, lol, since I"ve just been trimming my hair myself for a few years now. But I really would _love_ to have my hair longer.
