I've been an insomniac forever until I found the wonders of aromatherapy...I tried using peppermint and lavender scents and it really helped me a lot I also recommend using the lotion that I got here in the Philippines it's by earth therapeutics and it just does wonders for me! I tried doing the glass of milk regimen but it didn't work plus I became fatter...haha! what's your cure?

I agree that the aromatherapy scents you mentioned are very helpful. There are also two homeopathic products I just started taking recently that are beneficial too. They are Tranquility Kare and L-Theanine. You can check out the Tranquility Kare at http://karenherbs.com. I unfortunately don't have any contact information on the other product, but it's made an amino acid that's found in the green tea tree and promotes alpha brain waves that promote relaxation. Glad to hear the aromatherapy has been working for you!

hey that's really great. i should definitely try that out. but do you know of places in the US that sell those lotions? I mean the peppermint one, I could always find sweet pea and lavender but I can't seem to find peppermint, I just love the smell.
