use of internet among teenagers

i have come across various situations where teenagers are frequently using internet.my question is that is this ok for them to use internet so much earlier ?i just want to know various openions

no it is not early i think it is so late and i know u are just tring to say about bad effect of it but it can be resolved and one thing that use of net gives teenagers a global look in the room.
