Call centers are stepping stones to a better career. Though they say that its a deadend job, it isnt. Call centers are a great way to discover your skills in dealing with people and if your good you can deal people in any types of work your in, and the money is good in call center. There are callcenters that offer good benefits. While the medical transcriptionist are somewhat a boring job, for me it is, but again the money is good, so its up to you whether you want something that is challenging or something that is boring. its all in ur hands.

I took up medical transcription last year. It's better because other call center agents are transferring to medical transcription. They told me that it pays more and you don't have to talk to clients, you just listen and type.
