Exercise at morning or nigth?

Well actually i do ex3ercices (not much few pushups, streching etc.) both morning and night. Usually when i get up to wake myself up i prectise a bit then after all the day to keep my body tired before sleeping i do some hard exercise and then i go to bed :)

i do a few pushups and light streching at night before i go to sleep coz it makes me to get a good sleep. so i like it that way and i dont really know is it good or bed to exercise at night.i think as long as its good for health it deosnt really matter wehn actually u do that right?

Its always good to exercise early in the morning only
But in this busy schedule no one gets time to exercise in morning
So best option is start your day with prayer, surya namaskar, and with a small yoga exercise (Prayanam).
And later on after coming back from work, ie in evening you can go to GYM or can do otehr exercise
this will make your day a wonderfulday!!!!!

Thats exactly what I want to do. A simple morning workout and going at night to the gym.
But I did not try yoga. DO u have a website that contains more information about yoga specially exercises.

i think both is good . i like walking in the morning but often i go out at night and it is good too.it is better though not to exercise after a big meal as food needs time to digest.

my instructor of karate told me that if you do a particoular movement at the morning the body remember that movement until evening, and at the evening if you doing also gymntastic you move better...

time doesn't really matter but since it makes you tired, night would be good so you can pass out right after and have a good night's sleep.

It doesn't matter much to me, I exercise whenever i can fit it in my schedule and i feel like it, in the afternoon is the ideal time but I can't always exercise then, late at night is good for me sometimes but I would not be able to sleep for at least a few hours after exercising at night.

By exercising for at least 30 minutes in the morning when you first wake up and before you eat breakfast, you set your body up to burn more body fat. The reason you burn fat better is because your body has been without food for several hours and you do not have carbohydrates available when you first wake up. When you exercise your body need carbohydrates for energy but will instead substitute your body fat for energy instead, which improves your fat burning ability.

Although I don't have a problem with my weight, but I think exercising at morning will help those who complaint from weight.

i think excercise at morning is better than night. because there are no polutin in the morning. that is pure wind you can get to make you healty

exercising in the morning is better because it gets your blood pumping and will give you a bit of energy. If you exercise at night you may not be able to get to sleep when you want to because your body will take a while to come down from the exercise you have done. I guess it depends what time you exercise and what exercise you do that determines which is best. Another factor would have to be the person and whether they have time or not to exercise at specific times during the day.

its best to exercise on mornings. it will keep u more awake and energized all throught out the day. exercising at night will make ur sleeping habits poorer.
