Hi all,
I am just about to graduate from University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and am wondering if it has the same value now that it did when I first started it.
Any thoughts?

I guess you are talking about its indemandability when it comes to jobs. Your course can be a key, but you have at least master 3 computer languages, you must be updated too on the tools used in the internet. PC troubleshooting is one, also network administration. There are some who requires having SAP knowledge. I guess it is an advantage if you take up microsoft certifications too as your tool in competition in finding jobs.

usually qualifications become old quick infact a lot of courses and exams are based on older things so they are outdated before you even do them. Of course with having this sort of thing, to get yourself upto date wouldnt be hard as you have had a very good headstart which is better than someone starting from scratch.

what do you mean with value? well if you mean if it's still in demand until now. Yes it is. Many companies need programmers and pc troubleshooting people... and they were paid good.
