When animals dream....?

I read somewhere that when animals dream they re-live things that happened to them that day. They can't have "imagination" dreams like people have because their brains aren't developed enough to allow that. Based on this, I'd say if your pet had a bad day, they're having a bad dream. But if it was a good day, the dream is good. Since there is no way to ask animals what they dream about I guess this idea is as good as any.

Hey u know what, everybody dreams when they are asleep, same with my dogs also they dream too and some time they shake thier legs in a running manner and suddnely they get up and bark like any thing as if they have seen some thing (like we scream if we have a scary or wierd dream) but they bark after all they too have Big heart like us pls don't go to touch them when they are dreaming they might move suddnely and may bite u also. once i heard from my friend he/she told me when a person or animal dreams in the sleep our Soul goes out of our body but when u wake up it comes back belive this. our body is so Precious and kind to us why do he/she sell it for money.

Well resurch says it is impossible 4 them to dream because they dont have a realisation of self

My dog also dreams. I saw him a lot of times. But he gots also nice dreams I thinck. I do not know how to describe it, but he really seams happy... When I see that he i having a bad dream I put my hand on him and he calms down. Do the same. Your presence will comfort him.
