What do you think about that? it`s true? In my opinion, it`s a true one. Even if i eat junk food and chips and drink beer, or cola, i`m getting fat:D

well having anything in excess makes you fat when that things are fatty food

I think it all depends on how much do you eat, and from where. Because the chips from McD. are harmful too.
