who is in the much better position to handle the "money" and do the "budgeting"?

I believe that budgeting and monetary matters depends on each household. It's a matter of compromise with husband and wife. In our case, I'm the one spending for most of the bills at home because I'm just good in SPENDING and not on SAVING. My husband on the other hand is very good in SAVING. So we devised a way that I'll be the one to pay the bills so that most of his salary goes to our common savings. Can you imagine if my husband is the one who shoulders the expenses at home and then we end up without any savings? This is because I can spend all my earnings to irrelevant items. So since I'm good in that, make use of my spending skills to household bills instead.
