ChaCha.com vs Google.com - Searching with guide or the old fashioned way?

Do you prefer getting a paid worker to find search results for you? Or do you prefer doing it the old fashioned way - manually?

I have use chacha a few times, but the people are very slow and do not find what I want. Its easier to just find it yourself than trying to explain to someone what it is you are looking for.
