Do u suffer from i am looking fat syndrome?

It sounds funny but i have met many people who are too particular about their overall appearance. I also sometimes tend to think that i am gaining weight. I dont know what is the specific factor that initiates such thought but i tend to think that i have gained weight. I start workout and jogging till i am fully satisfied. Does anyone else also suffer from the same?
