Have u ever requested to speak to the manager? If so why? I have been working in a steakhouse for the last 10 months I am a bartender have been for 10yrs and 2yrs befor that I was a cocktail server all my experience has been in nightclubs or bars this is my first resturaunt and I am amazed at how many people claim to be disatisfied. Some complaints I am sure r legit but I am certain the majority r not. So what was ur beef? Have u ever had one?
