When I go to the book store shopping for a book I am drewn first by the book cover. It usually has pictures of my interests. Then I look at the tital. if it sounds apealin I will read the dust jacket to find out if it might appeal to me. Then it's the auther and if I'm familuar with him or her I scan a few page inside and then the decision ismade.

Great process for decision making!! What was the last book that you purchased?

Can you elaborate please? What about the cover; is it the color, the title, the picture? Personally, if I had to be drawn by the cover it will definitely have to be the title. It needs to catch my attention one time!

Well, I am more of an inspirational book kind of reader. But what gets my attention the most are the books that are least likely to be read, the ones that don't make it to best seller. I say this because, often times I find exactly what I need...just have to dig a little deeper to find it. And the author is definitely something that encourages me to read as well; their style of writing and their previous works. Thank you so much for responding and for asking!

Very good answer! Does the author influence you in any way?

Reading is a incredible way of expanding the mind, no matter what you choose to read.
