Is ePassporte secure ?

I`m not sure what do they offer ... i`ve had an account and they blocked it when i asked for a debit card ?i called them... they do not answered many times... why ?

You need to call them early in the morning EST time its when they are not busy but you need to tell us more here, why did they blocked your account?
