The best resources for a web2.0 site.

I am currently working on a website totally compliant with web 2.0. I want to make it really good. Is there any website that is totally web 2.0 compliant. I would like to know of some of the resources available on the net that can be used to test my website.
The technologies I am using are PHP, MySQL, HTML and Javascript.

You can try looking at wikipedia.org. I am not sure, but I've read somewhere that it is fully Web 2.0 compliant. Though I don't really understand what's the point in building a website which is strict to web 2.0.
