Check out this site: http://howmanyofme.com/ You put in your first and last name, and it tells you how many people in the U.S. have the exact same name. It's just one of those stupid, fun things to do.

Thanks, I put this in my favorite for fun list. I've been putting in my kids, husband, and parents. It is fun. 95 people have the same name as I do. Over 1 million with the same 1st name. Yikes.

I only have 3 people with both the same first and last name as me. It is fun to put in the names of people in your family or friends, though. Isn't it amazing the silly things that amuse us these days?

I am not american but i tried putting my name in there for fun.. noone shared full name, not even my first name I(wich is Marie-Louise) But 4,620 shared my surname =)

You're right, I guess you don't have to be American to use this, it's just that the database is only for Americans.

Thank you for sharing this information with us as we need to have some funny and silly things to entertain us. :-) What did your result show? Mine shows that there are 82,491 people with my first name in the US and 0 people with my last name in the US. I bookmarked this site for friends. :-)

I'm sorry- I can't believe that I didn't even put my results in the discussion! There are 170,982 people with my first name, 5,519 with my last name, and 3 with my same first and last name.

I am from Sri Lanka. I discovered just now that my name Joseph is the 10th most popular name in USA. I am sure it is more popular than your name. But my last name Perera does not seem to be very impressive. It is a very Sri Lankan name.
