Does India have a national health care system or is it private? also if it is run by the government do people really have access to it, or is it just for important people. If you know this tell me please. and also about the constitution, democratic in name only, or true democracy?... thanks!

I have been in india for atleast twenty ears, and from my knowledge i would say , health system is run by the government and private as well. government hospitals are not well maintained and private hospital are great but really charge hugh lumpsum amount og money for major surgery and operation, and that low income group cannot afford the private hospital and they can afford only government hospital but doctors in government hospitals are not medically trained for treating there patients and major accident due to negligence happen mostly in gov't hospitals is less rarely happeining in private, i terms of democracy, india was demcratic in 1947, but still they lack freedom of speech, since politicians rule the country, corruptions in found at all levels of organization, that the reason i had to leave that country, .......
