Yes i agree. Potatoes are one of my favorite foods. Everyone in my family loves them. So I make mashed, homefries, and I have a specialty, I slice them up and add lots of butter, and sprinkle in Monterey Steak Seasoning, sometimes I add keibalsa then bake. Yum

Just looking on cooks.com I see all kinds of wonderful potato dishes, such as a hamburger-potato hot dish.. wow. There are really a lot of things that one can do with potatos to help spice up a meal! ^_^ And of course, nearly everyone loves french fries. I know that i sure do! Thinking about french fries is making me hungry for some right now, loL! ^_^
