hey friends we all are here to earn money,i hope we can spend extra second in rating the discussion so that will help the person ,i dont say to always vote for +,vote what the discussion or response deserves,i just wanna say ,let the good ones be helped further,wat do u think ...??????????

Most definitly bro. I believe that if something is worth responding to, then I should respond. We have the choice not to respond, so to respond to something negatively is only promoting the dumb discussions. Even if it were just based on rating an answer rather than the money, I would still rate because I think a mind that cna provoke thought is better than any amount of money.
But again, good topic.
