Do you make your own Juice with a juicer

I do and I love it, it's such a good way to get vitamins antioxidants and all the good things from fruit and veg without having to eat them

I want a juicer but haven't gotten around to getting one. Hopefully one will be under the tree this Christmas.

making one sown juice is lot god for health rather than drinking from outside.but i prefer drinking from manufactured bottles because i am too lazy to make it on my own.
