Yes I had one, and I had the rubik cube keyring too! Plus the book they published to help you solve the cube, it didn't help me in the slightest, I managed to succeed in getting three sides complete, but I never completed the puzzle! My dad offered me £1 for completing one side, then £2 for two sides, £3 for three sides, I never did get £5 out of him for completing the whole cube. They did have boffins who could actually complete the puzzle in a matter of minutes, strange this was, that they were children who mastered the cube! Talk about higher intelligence. They did try and bring it back, you know the retro 80s and all that. It certainly took Britain by storm, nearly everyone in my class had one. I can still remember spending hours and hours trying to complete the darn thing!

I bought a few of these for my children when they were young and I still have them along with the instructions. I managed to complete the puzzle with a little hint from the instructions, but I never bother about them now. Now, that you have reminded me, I must take them out and pass them on to my grandchildren.

I had one, done it. I had the help of the book of sequences. I practiced with at least 5 sequences. I memorized the sequences in my head and got faster in time. My best time was a little over 5 mins. Get the book. It's a thrill to finish the cube. Good luck Jellybean80.
