I hitchhiked through Canada on my way back to Rhode Island. In 1973. The Canadian $5.00 bill had a picture on the back that showed a canoe with someone paddling it in the water, from what appeared to be an island. I saw the place that was used for the model. That was real interesting.

Yes....my favorite place to visit is Whistler. I've only been there in the winter but hope to go back and ski there. I am going to need to apply for a passport though since the new law goes into effect next week...my favorite spot in Whistler is the Irish Pub. Best Irish Stew ever.
